Springly Customers have the possibility of recording accounting entries and producing basic accounting documents.

Use by our customers

Springly Customers who have subscribed to our subscription service may collect and process data about you. Springly does not control and is not responsible for the data collected. The data collected belongs to our Customers and is not subject to our Privacy Policy.
Springly is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as a subcontractor to our Clients and to applying the same standards in terms of privacy policy to user data as we do to our Clients' data.

When you visit our website

You are free to browse our website without providing your Personal Information. When you visit our website or when you subscribe to the Springly service, we ask you to provide Personal Information (first name, last name, email, phone number, etc.) and we collect Navigational Information.

When you use the software

When you use the Springly software, we collect certain Personal and Navigational Information that allows us to understand your use of the software and to support your use of it.

Use of Banking Data

We use your Banking Data (credit card or IBAN/BIC/SWIFT of your accounts) for several purposes:
- Springly collects Customer Credit Card Information in order to process payments for subscriptions and services for customers of the service,
- Springly offers to its Customers a service of collection of payment dematerialized and on line (for the subscriptions, the donations, or any other service near the members of the association). As part of this service, we collect Banking Data to perform these operations on behalf of the client.
We use this data only to collect payments from you. We use a third party service provider to perform these processes.

Security of your personal data

We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We secure the Personal Information you provide to us on controlled and secure computer servers. All Personal Information is protected using appropriate physical, technical and organizational measures.

Data Retention

If you provide information to our customers as part of their use of the subscription service, our customers decide how long to retain the personal information they collect from you. After termination, we may, unless prohibited by law, delete all customer information, including your personal information, from the Subscription Service.
